"The course itself was easy and..."
The course itself was easy and straightforward, so no complaints there. But after going through it and paying for everything, my job wouldn’t accept the certificate, which was really frustrating. I’m tired of having to double-check every little thing with these kinds of services after the fact. I wish it had been clearer upfront where the certificate would actually be accepted. If you need CPR certification for work, definitely ask your employer first before signing up...
"Heads up: CPR Today was cheaper and worked fine"
Just a heads up for anyone shopping around, I went with CPR Today because it was cheaper than the other options I found. It was easy to use, the certificate showed up quickly, and it did what I needed it to do. If you’re just trying to get it done without overpaying, this one felt worth it.

"I ran into a small issue trying to..."
I ran into a small issue trying to get into my course on cprtoday.com, i was already bracing myself to sit around waiting forever because that’s usually how these things go.
I sent a message expecting the usual runaround, but they actually replied fast and explained what I needed to do in a way that made sense. It wasn’t one of those useless copy-paste responses that just makes you more annoyed.
After that, I had it fixed within a few minutes. it was just a relief to get real help without having to chase anyone down. Support was solid and the whole thing ended up being way less frustrating than I expected

"Training was okay, but could be clearer"
The training content was alright, but I felt like it could’ve used clearer examples. I usually rely on little mental shortcuts to connect the dots faster, and some parts just didn’t make that easy. A few more practical examples would’ve helped a lot.
